ENT206-R - [REPEAT] Building a Better Business Case for Cloud Migrations

Session Description

When building a business case for migrating to the cloud, many organizations typically focus on total cost of ownership (TCO). While this is a good starting point, a TCO reflects only one portion of a migration business case. A holistic business case not only includes the benefits of technology optimizations, but it also accurately reflects the cost of organizational change and the cost of inaction. These elements serve as key enablers to further improve the economics of your business case for migrating to AWS. In this session, you learn the key considerations to make while developing your migration business case to accurately reflect direct costs, indirect costs, and the cost benefits post migration.
