DEM39-S - Optimize cloud migration and operations with AWS and ServiceNow

Session Description

IT operations and DevOps teams can use solutions from ServiceNow and AWS to create new applications and migrate legacy workloads to the AWS Cloud in order to meet the needs of their internal and external customers. In this session, we explain how AWS and ServiceNow have developed a range of connectors to manage the migration process to the AWS Cloud, improve security with AWS Security Hub, and provide improved governance of AWS CloudFormation via the AWS Service Catalog's connector with ServiceNow. Additionally, we discuss how you can improve your customer contact center with a solution using ServiceNow and Amazon Connect. This presentation is brought to you by ServiceNow, an APN Partner.
